Returns Policy

  1. Please call +1-410-604-3400 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).


  2. Provide reason for return (a detailed description would be helpful):

    Defective product, warranty claim
    Product does not meet specification
    Product does not meet your requirements
    Product damaged in transit
    Product damaged in use



  3. An RMA will be faxed to you. Please include a copy of this in the returned package. Return the item freight prepaid, in the original packaging if possible, taking care to ensure that the item is properly protected against transit damage.

    1. Defective product, warranty claim:

      The item will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent item.



    2. Product does not meet specification:

      The item will be modified or replaced with an item that will meet the quoted specification. If this is not possible and the item is returned within 30 days a full refund will be offered. If returned after 30 days a restocking fee may apply.



    3. Product does not meet your requirements:

      If returned freight-prepaid in its original unopened carton complete with manuals etc., within 30 days, a credit (not including freight costs) will apply toward an alternative product or a refund will be given. If returned after 30 days or if the original product carton has been opened or damaged an inspection and restocking charge will apply before credit or refund can be issued.     4. Product damaged in transit:

      Document the nature of the damage and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and replaced (photographs showing carton damage are always helpful in claims).



    5. Product damaged in use:

      Return the product freight prepaid and we will evaluate and quote for repair. An evaluation charge may apply.
